Pink Peppercorns are not true peppercorns, but because they look like peppercorns and have some heat in them, they are called just that. They have a citrusy/fruity flavour and aroma. They can be mixed with other peppercorns for colour as peppercorn blend. Try grinding some on a piece of watermelon. Mmmm!
