“Licensed to Spice” cooking classes, run by Vicki Taylor from Red Hot Chilli Pepper, are held locally in Caloundra, the gem of the Sunshine Coast. Pick your favourite cuisine from the choice of classes and experience a fun morning learning all about the herbs and spices used in each cuisine. It’s all about the spice! Cook a 5 course meal and then sit down and relax and eat the delicious food you have prepared and cooked throughout the morning. Menus are outlined below.

Vicki Taylor is an excellent teacher and an experienced cook having lived, travelled and worked in many international countries. Vicki’s passion is food, herbs and spices and experimenting with recipes to put her own twist on them. After running her popular spice blending classes for many years, Vicki now shares her knowledge and passion of some wonderful international cuisines.
Each class takes a maximum of 10-12 people so why not bring a friend and spend a fun-filled morning together. But don’t worry, if you book a class alone, we’ll just pair you up with someone. Its more fun when you cook with someone. It’s all about team work.
Price: $150.00 for one person or $280.00 for two people, ($140.00 each) $390.00 for three people or more people ($130.00 each) – if booked and paid for at the same time (includes vouchers)
The class starts either at 9:00am or 9:30am (this will be confirmed prior to your class) and will finish at about 1:30pm.

Please don’t come to the class if you are sick and please check our terms and conditions regarding our sickness policy. No more credits, refunds or extensions will be given if you contract Covid-19 but you may send someone in your place, at your expense.
